Chelsea owner Todd Boehly has reportedly met Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi to discuss a transfer for Neymar.
The Blues chief was keen on signing Cristiano Ronaldo from Manchester United last summer but was met by resistance from then-manager Thomas Tuchel.

And the American billionaire’s desire for a superstar has yet to be quenched, it seems, despite spending more than £600million in his first year in charge on transfers.
According to French news outlet Le Parisien, Boehly met with Al-Khelaifi on Tuesday to discuss the conditions necessary to take Neymar to the Premier League this summer.
The Brazil international could be on the move this summer from the Parc des Princes after six years at the club.
After clashing with Marquinhos and sporting director Luis Campos, PSG have put Neymar on the transfer list while there have been reported problems with Kylian Mbappe over the last few years.
And Chelsea appear best positioned to take advantage while the details over a possible blockbuster transfer have yet to come to light.
But it comes after Boehly failed to sign Ronaldo in the summer at a time when the Portugal international was desperate to leave Old Trafford.

The 38-year-old has since moved to Saudi side Al Nassr but the new owners at Chelsea have plans on bringing the biggest names to Stamford Bridge.
There have already been mammoth deals concluded for the likes of Enzo Fernandez, Mykhailo Mudryk, Wesley Fofana and Raheem Sterling.
In total, 20 players have been signed this season to join the first-team and development squad – amounting over £600m spent.
But further splurging has already been planned ahead of the summer with a goalkeeper, a midfielder and a striker in the club’s sights.
And Neymar has now been added to the list according to the reports in France, who might leave PSG without fulfilling his main goal in winning the Champions League.
In 172 appearances for the Ligue 1 champions, the 31-year-old has scored 117 times but he came under fire for his performance against Bayern Munich on Tuesday night.

Neymar moved to PSG in 2017 in a world-record £198m deal but has failed to step out of Lionel Messi’s shadow, who has since reunited with him in Paris.
But both players could leave this summer as the Argentine’s contract expires at the end of the season with no extension agreement in sight.
PSG only narrowly avoided losing Kylian Mbappe, the third star in their frightening attack, on a free transfer to Real Madrid last year after tying the Frenchman down to a two-year contract when his former deal was set to expire.
However, under the direction of Campos, who joined last summer at the club, the French giants are trying to move away from their glitzy-style signings and make smarter investments.
